This is our first full refurbishment and goes onto the market this month (march 2006). The estate agent has described the property as unique and has a starting price of £285,000.
The original purchase price and refurbishment costs were £179,000. Other refurbs have either been sold on once or twice by now or as in the case of Harley St London W1 the owners are not interested in being connected with any form of advertising.
